New Zealand’s second biggest selling passenger vehicle, the Toyota Rav 4 is looking like it might be a candidate for the popular TRD upgrade if the word from the Chicago motor show is anything to go on.
Toyota fan’s can expect the TRD to be a performance based edition inspired by the rally car version seen previously. What this will mean is anyones guess with TRD branded motors in the past having suspension upgrades, braking and exterior design updates. The last model seen in NZ was the run out edition of the Hi-Lux which raised the bar for the outgoing stalwart with items like LED lighting, sports bumpers and revised interior.
